about 80% complete for this project. hopefully it can be done in a weeks or 2 so i can go back to what i m suppose to be again. this project makes my team’s spirit tears appart, like it was a test on everyone. a lot of things that i have learnt from this project. one thing to be sure is that definately getting the right person to do the right job with the right attitude will ease up a lot hell of the job. person who i call them dead wood, whose that need to push in order to move, is definately a pain when working with them. person who are like the crying babies, whose i have to talk softly or they will cry, is hard to work with too. person who have work without passions, giving up hopes whenever projects is about to implement, is definately a NO NO. all will going to be over soon at i know whom should i take and whom i should not during the next department reorganization.
i don usually gave comments or yell at someone i don really likes. the reason behind is that i don really wants them to know what have they done wrong so that they could rectify themselves to be a better person. well they can learn from their experience, but never that the experience will be coming from myside. i don really care about them so better if i just let them be.
