No OT claims reveal on the very last minutes

oh yea. nice move, mr chan. call and said no ot claims at the very last minutes, ask me to decide if i m going to stay or leave is up to me. leaving us up here in the middle of nowhere, and told us no OT for the very last minutes. what do u feel if u are me?

year no.6 working in my company

yes, it’s year no.6 for me. however, i have no happy thought about this. rather than hoping this company closing down. no one cares about this company anymore. i am a screwdriver, tools of my bosses. i screw the screws and when i cant be used anymore, i’ll be scrap and they might end up paying me 9 days compensation. screw this!

busy year end

its been so many years i’ve work in my current company. last year i m busy on a wms project on lembahsari, 2 years ago i m busy on hinlim, 3 years ago i m doing the acy project. every year end seems to be a very busy month. i don really mind to be busy as long as i can acheive something that gave me satisfactions and rewards of course. this year, the boss announce that no increament, no review on salary, no overtime payment, don think i m giving 100% commitment to the project. don think my fellow colleague gonna commit 100% too. everyone is thinking of resign if the project fails and i sense that many have looking in failing it. or giving up. will i give up this project? well the answer is no. but i will not giiving extra commitment to this project too. ironic.. huh..

december – the end of year

another year to end, another year to come.
whats good, whats bad isn’t important. what important is how much i have gain and experienced. people changed; from time to time.
i am still what i am, like it or not. new year coming ahead; start to plan again.
wrapup for this year:
 
job – big sux. no increment, no bonus. my boss isnt supportive enough. working hard to get nothing except knowing that a boss must always remain a boss, no matter how close u are with them, we are just tools to them.
 
social life – none. being hiding in the virtual world too long. any social life is prohibited. social life is bad. u gotta spent much more money. i am the most FTL of the FTL! but i kinda like it. blow me 😀
